Senior Leadership Team

Tim Hindes

Co-Founder / Chief Executive Officer

Tim and his wife Mary Kay just celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary. They run a small farm and still do chores every day after dinner. They have three grown children and their first grandchild is on the way!

It’s all about people, whether it’s our employees, clients, or drivers. My key area of emphasis is helping trucking company executives understand how to effectively connect with their drivers.

Kurt LaDow

Co-Founder / Chief Administrative Officer

Kurt enjoys traveling, hiking, going to as many concerts as possible and has been married to his wife Laurie for 27 years; they have one daughter, Karley and the world’s best dog, Deeno.

As one of the co-founders, I enjoy sharing the history of how and why we started Stay Metrics to ensure that the enthusiasm Tim and I have for providing a voice to drivers in the trucking community continues on within all employees.

Jerry Scott

Chief Operating Officer

Jerry and his spouse of 32 years, Janet, are life-long fitness enthusiasts and enjoy working out in their home gym, running races from April to November and visiting their married daughter in Chicago.

My favorite part of working at Stay Metrics is developing emerging leaders and fostering process improvements that help clients and promote our team’s work-life balance.

Jeff Geitz

VP, Technology

Jeff enjoys sports, reading, and meditation when not arguing about politics with his wife Mary. They have plans to start a dog rescue this spring focusing on pregnant dogs and finding good homes for their puppies.

What I really love about Stay Metrics, besides my wonderful co-workers, is the opportunity for growth and change. It’s fun to help us evolve as an organization.


Becca Mathews

Sales Executive

Becca spent time as a driver recruiter and terminal manager and understands the challenges carriers face. She is a fitness enthusiast at heart who enjoys staying active with her husband and three boys and has a real weakness for high-quality dark chocolate.

I love helping companies find the individualized retention solution that will have a positive impact on their organizations.

Keith Sayer

Manager, Marketing & Communications

Keith lives with his wife, daughter, two cats, and a dog named Elmer. He is a life-long technology enthusiast and loves working with computers, gaming, and making YouTube videos. His favorite ice cream is key lime.

My favorite part of my job is using the latest in technology to deliver timely, personalized, and useful communications to our clients and prospects.

Scott Witcher

Sales Executive

Scott and his wonderful wife Rachelle are born and raised Michiganders who met and fell in love over a mutual fondness for fitness, traveling, reading, the beach, and Harry Potter. They are always planning their next trip abroad and never plan to stop adventuring.

I believe in the Stay Metrics mission to improve the lives of drivers by positively impacting culture, and I love that as a company we walk the talk as well. Best workplace ever!

Bradley R Fulton

Director, Research and Analytics

Brad lives with his wife, two daughters, as well as a dog, hamster, guinea pig, and bearded dragon. In addition to pets, he likes gaming, camping, nature walks/hikes, and cooking. He also enjoys coffee; lots of coffee!

The best part of my job is using the tools of social science to provide information to our clients that help them improve their companies and the lives of the people that work for them.

Nicole Fullone

Client Services Team Lead / Client Relationship Manager

Nicole is an animal lover and enjoys time spent with her two dogs. She and her wife own a mobile coffee shop in Southwest Michigan. Her hobbies include baking, refinishing furniture, and exploring new places.

I most enjoy that there's never a dull moment at Stay Metrics. We're constantly learning new things and working hard to improve upon our processes to benefit the staff and our clients.

Teri Foderaro

Survey & Research Team Lead

Teri lives in Northern Illinois with her fiancé, Cole and is a dog mom to two perfect Pomeranians, Jake, and Wiley. She's a self-proclaimed Number 1 Purdue Fan, and can usually be found baking in her kitchen, or reading at the library.

Karley Ullery

Client Relationship Manager Team Lead

Karley and her husband, Kyle, have been together for 7 years and were married this June. Together they love to travel, eat (especially chicken fingers), watch Friends for the millionth time, and are total gym rats. Karley is constantly pushing herself and others to learn, grow and achieve their goals.

I love being part of something that started so small and keeps getting bigger. Learning and helping people along the way is what keeps me going!

Milinda Riester

Interview Team Manager

Milinda and her husband Bill share their lives with 3 amazing dogs Grace, Crook, and Candy Corn (CC). They have 3 grown boys, one of whom is an active duty Marine and 2 amazing grandsons. A lifelong animal lover, her passion is training and showing their dogs in various competitions. Active in their community Milinda and Bill enjoy volunteering with their Therapy Dog, Grace going to Nursing Homes to provide emotional support and perform trick shows for residents.

Darci Frye

Client Relationship Manager

Darci has moved all over the country in the last few years and has recently landed in the area with her dog, Kovu. She enjoys random facts, wasting time on Pinterest, listening to podcasts, and traveling. Darci is known for her love for Disney and making references to Disney in anything she talks about. In her leisure time, you can catch her doing something that allows dogs so she can have her sidekick, Kovu, with her.

I love that my job gives me the ability to be a voice for drivers while also giving me my own voice to be heard. Everyone matter’s at Stay Metrics and we want everyone we talk with to feel the same...they matter and deserve to be heard!

Darshell Howell

Client Services Administrator

Darshell is married to the love of her life and has three amazing children. She enjoys spending time with family, playing board games, singing, summer road trips, and cooking.

During my short time here the experience is unreal, the atmosphere is outstanding, and everyone is willing to help you succeed.

Donna Kaps

Interview Team Specialist

Donna and her husband of 20 years Randy, live in South Bend, IN with their two wonderful boys Tyler and Adam. Spending time playing cards and board games with her family by the fireplace is how she gets through the cold Indiana winters, but pool volleyball is her life all summer long. Every year she loves to visit her home away from home, Gatlinburg TN.

Peter Kelly

Client Solutions Analyst

Peter and his wonderful partner Sara immigrated from the Philidelphia area to Mishawaka last year. He is a self-professed historian and can often be seen reading Viking sagas and American civil war journals. He wanders with Sara around the greater Michiana area soaking in the culture and eating Ben’s pretzels.

Allyson lives in South Bend, IN with her amazing fiancé, Jean, and 2 dogs. She enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling to national parks across the country with Jean and spending time with her family. They are looking forward to their first international trip together for their honeymoon.

What I enjoy most about my job is helping clients improve their drivers' work and quality of life. It's great to work for a company that can lead by example and shows what a company can be like when culture and employees are put first.

Lauren Swihart

Lauren and her wonderful husband, Stephen, live with their cat named Chicken and couldn’t love her more. She loves concerts, cooking, and road trips with her husband. When she’s not at work, you can usually find her visiting Chicago or eating pizza…probably both.

My favorite part of working at Stay Metrics is the culture and my coworkers. We have such a great team here and we never forget that teamwork makes the dream work!

Jessica lives with her husband Salvatore and their dog Giulio. They love traveling and spending time with their family. She is slightly obsessed with chocolate, enjoys naps, and would adopt all the stray animals she finds if she could.

Jennifer Bush

Salesforce Administrator

Jennifer lives with her daughter Samantha and soul mate Kurt McKesson. Spending time with her family, cooking, and camping trips are how she spends her free time. The thing that makes her the happiest is when she is cooking a large meal for family and friends.

As the first full-time employee of Stay Metrics I have had the opportunity to see the company grow and adapt to become who we are today.

When Tim turned 16, he had a choice to make. A Packard Bell Pentium 100, or a 1987 Chrysler Lebaron. He chose the $1700 Computer and has never looked back. He enjoys spending time with his wife Jenna and two children, Liam and Leti. And yes, he eventually bought a car.

I enjoy coming in every day and seeing the smiling faces of my co-workers; it’s a blessing to be part of such a great organization.

Josh Pennington

Josh lives in Southwest Michigan with his wife and son. When he’s not working, he can be found spending time with his family, playing video games (Skyrim and American Truck Simulator are among his most played games), and rewatching The Office and Parks and Recreation for the hundredth time.

Robert lives with his wife, two kids, two cats, and one dog. In his spare time he enjoys tinkering with electronics, such as building keyboards; playing games with the family; and spending time as a family in volunteer work.
